Orders require a processing period before shipment.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.
3. ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME BY REGION
Shipping times begin after the processing period and are estimates only.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

- European Union and United Kingdom: 8 to 15 business days
- Other regions: 12 to 20 business days

6. LOST PACKAGES
An order may be considered lost if there is no tracking update for 20 consecutive days after shipment, subject to carrier confirmation and internal review.
If an order is confirmed as lost:
- We will investigate the shipment with the carrier
- An appropriate resolution may include reshipment or a refund, depending on the circumstances
Lost package cases are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
7. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
An order may be considered undeliverable if it is returned to the sender due to incorrect or incomplete address information, failure to collect the package, refusal by the recipient, or inability of the carrier to complete delivery after reasonable attempts.
In such cases:
- We will review the carrier tracking and delivery status
- If the order is returned to us or our fulfillment partner, we will contact you to confirm the next steps
- Available options may include reshipment to a corrected address or a partial refund of the product price, excluding original shipping costs and return handling fees, where applicable
Orders that are undeliverable for reasons unrelated to product quality, damage, or merchant error are not eligible for a full refund.
8. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION AND RISK
An order is considered delivered when the carrier’s tracking system confirms delivery to the destination address.
Risk of loss remains with Wildaska until delivery is confirmed by carrier tracking.
9. INCORRECT ADDRESS INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
