3. UNEXPECTED CHARGES

If you receive any unexpected request for additional customs fees, VAT, import charges, or handling fees, please do not make any payment immediately unless instructed by us.

Instead, please email support@wildaska.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A screenshot or photo of the request
  • The name of the carrier or customs office, if available

We will review the case and guide you on the appropriate next steps.

4. RETURNED SHIPMENTS (CUSTOMS ISSUES OR REFUSED DELIVERY)

If a shipment is returned due to customs clearance issues, refused delivery, or missing recipient information, please contact us at support@wildaska.com.

Once we confirm the return status with the carrier, we will review the case and offer a suitable resolution depending on the circumstances, which may include reshipment or a refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
