Return & Refund Policy

1. OVERVIEW

At Wildaska, we aim to provide a fair and transparent return and refund process.

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on www.wildaska.com and should be read together with our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Damaged/Defective Policy.

For the purpose of this policy, “Delivery Date” refers to the date on which the carrier’s tracking system confirms delivery to the destination address.


2. RETURN REQUEST TIMEFRAME

We accept return requests within the following timeframes, calculated from the Delivery Date:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the Delivery Date.
  • Requests submitted after the applicable timeframe may not be accepted.

3. RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and not worn
  • The item is in its original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories are included
  • The item has not been altered or damaged after delivery

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS AND EXCEPTIONS

The following items are not eligible for return or refund for change-of-mind:

  • Items that show signs of use, wear, washing, or damage
  • Items returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories
  • Items marked as final sale, clearance, or non-returnable at the time of purchase
  • Items affected by normal wear and tear

If an item is non-returnable but arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, it will be handled in accordance with our Damaged/Defective Policy, which may include replacement, refund, or partial refund depending on the circumstances.


5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • For approved cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items, return shipping costs, if required, will be covered by Wildaska

Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error or a confirmed product issue.


6. REFUND PROCESS AND TIMELINE

6.1 Refund method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

6.2 Refund amount

Refunds may include:

  • The product price paid
  • Applicable taxes included in the product price

Shipping fees are refunded only when the return is due to a confirmed defect, damage, or incorrect item.

6.3 Refund timeline

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 7 to 10 business days.
Please note that additional time may be required by your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.


7. PARTIAL REFUNDS

In certain cases, partial refunds may be offered, including but not limited to:

  • Items returned with missing accessories or packaging
  • Minor cosmetic issues that do not affect functionality
  • Customer-approved resolutions without requiring a return

8. RETURN PROCESS AND APPROVAL

To request a return, please contact us at support@wildaska.com and include:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the item and packaging, if requested

All return requests are subject to review and approval before any item is sent back.
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.


9. REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

An order may be considered undeliverable if it is returned to the sender due to incorrect or incomplete address information, failure to collect the package, refusal by the recipient, or inability of the carrier to complete delivery after reasonable attempts.

In such cases:

  • We will review the carrier tracking information and delivery status.
  • If the order is returned to us or our fulfillment partner, we will contact you to confirm the next steps.
  • Available options may include reshipment to a corrected address, or a partial refund of the product price, excluding original shipping costs and return handling fees, where applicable.

Orders that are refused, rejected, or undeliverable for reasons unrelated to product quality, damage, or merchant error are not eligible for a full refund.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are accurate at checkout to avoid delivery issues.


10. CANCELLATIONS

Order cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy and are subject to order processing and shipment status.

Once an order has entered processing or shipment stages, cancellation may no longer be possible.
